Use a code from a caseworker

If a caseworker gave you a code, enter it here with the tenant number from your letter.

Tenant number (required)

Printed at the top of your recertification or appointment letter, opposite the date. It may look like t0127141 or 185455 - enter it exactly as printed.

6-digit code (required)

Six numbers, for example 482913. A code from a caseworker is good for 24 hours.
