Get a code from your housing office
If you could not finish setting up your account, the housing office can help. A staff member checks who you are, then gives you a code. You use the code to choose your own password.

Go to the office for New org name - Playwright.
What to bring
- A photo ID, such as a driver license, a state ID card or a passport.
- A letter from the housing office, if you have one. Your tenant number is printed on it.
What happens at the office
A staff member checks who you are. Then they give you a code, or send it to your phone or email. Type the code on the sign-in page and choose your password. The code works for one day, and once you have used it, it stops working.
